SUISUN CITY - Suisun City leaders vowed to hold the grand opening of their new plaza rain or shine late Tuesday afternoon.
They got both rain and shine at the dedication of what Mayor Pete Sanchez called 'the grandest gathering space in Suisun City.'
Nestled within Harbor Square at Main and Solano streets, the plaza is the newest addition to the city's campaign to economically revive its waterfront.
'This will be a place where people can gather,' Sanchez said.
