Meyer Corporation is expanding its Fairfield facility

Meyer Corporation is expanding its Fairfield Meyer Way facility in Solano Business Park. A 164,000-square-foot addition to the existing warehouse is currently under construction. This addition includes a 100-foot-high automated storage and retrieval system. When completed, this structure will be one of the tallest buildings in Solano County and the largest automated storage retrieval distribution building in the western United States. Future expansion plans call for a 20-acre campus with an office building and a potential parking garage.

Meyer Corporation, U.S. chose Fairfield for its strategic location near Highway 12 and Interstate 80, and its proximity to various modes of transportation. The company occupies three sites in Fairfield, one on Meyer Way and two on Cordelia Road, totaling more than 600,000 square feet of office, distribution and storage space. The Meyer Way facility recently became energy efficient with the installation of a new 480kW solar system that provides sufficient power to meet most of the building’s demand for electricity.

Meyer is the largest cookware company in the United States and offers brands including Anolon®, Circulon®, Farberware®, KitchenAid® Cookware, Rachael Ray®, and Paula Deen®. Meyer Corporation, U.S.’s affiliated factories around the world manufacture more than 100 cookware lines which are distributed in more than 30 countries, employ more than 5,000 people and produce more than 30 million pans a year. Meyer Corporation, U.S. is headquartered in Vallejo.
